Jeffrey L. Waller, ISHPI’s Vice President of Core IT Services, has served as Director since joining ISHPI in 2011. Mr. Waller has over 27 years of a successful track record in Director level general management, business development, program management, broad Military affiliations, and proven leadership skills in the Department of Defense, Government Contract and Commercial Contract arena.

Mr. Waller oversees and provides guidance to Program Managers and Management Teams within the business unit. He is responsible for program reviews, business development, proposal and budget reviews, and personnel assessment. Mr. Waller is the primary customer contact for numerous program activities and leads program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
