Cynthia Jajo
Director of Contracts | Facility Security Officer

Cynthia Jajo is a seasoned government contracts professional with over 13 years of experience leading cradle-to-grave contracting operations across the federal sector. As Director of Contracts and Facility Security Officer at ISHPI, she brings a strategic blend of operational excellence, regulatory expertise, and security leadership to every engagement.

Her extensive contracting knowledge spans a wide range of contract types and vehicles—including CPFF, T&M, FFP, IDIQs, GWACs, and GSA Schedules—supporting complex, cleared IT and cybersecurity programs. In her dual role as FSO, Ms. Jajo ensures full compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), overseeing access control, classified information management, and employee security training.

Prior to her current role, Cynthia held leadership and specialist positions at Ho‘olaulima Government Solutions and T&T Consulting Services, where she contributed to ISO and CMMI certifications, managed high-value contracts, and directly supported acquisition strategy development for agencies, including DHA and DLA.

Ms. Jajo holds a B.A. in Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is CMMI-certified and currently pursuing her Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) credential.
