As ISHPI’s Director of Finance, Ann-Whitney brings over 25 years of in-depth expertise in all facets related to Finance and Accounting in the defense industry. Her experience spans Subcontracting, Budget, Cost and Schedule Control Analysis, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), as well as Supply Chain Management.  

Prior to joining ISHPI, Mrs. Chanslor held senior positions in program and project financial analysis and forecasting at Raytheon, L-3 Communications, and Lockheed Martin, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen.

In her current role, Mrs. Chanslor is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Annual Operating Plan, providing forecast guidance and strategic counsel to the Executive team.  She manages complex government customer invoice interfaces, operations accounts supporting cash flow, and is the company’s DCAA liaison. Her experience includes extensive experience in complex incurred cost audits and indirect rate structures for strategic costing. 

Ann-Whitney Chanslor holds certifications in CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP, and Purchasing and a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.
