Suffolk, VA – Active Defense JV LLC (ADJV), a joint venture between Goal-Oriented Human Performance Technologies, LLC (GoHPT) and Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc (DBA ISHPI), is proud to announce the successful award of the U.S. Coast Guard Planned Maintenance Support Services (PMSS) task under the US Coast Guard C5I Engineering Development, and Integration, Support Services (CEDISS) IDIQ.  ADJV has been entrusted with a 4-year task to develop planned maintenance and assist in maintaining standard document formatting for the U.S. Coast Guard.

The (CEDISS) IDIQ is a multi-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to support the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Service Center (C5ISC). This contract provides engineering development, integration, and support services for new and existing C5I systems, including design, development, testing, and operational evaluation.

The C5ISC focuses on continuous improvement engineering, ensuring rapid deployment of essential functionality followed by planned enhancements. The systems developed under this contract support law enforcement, search and rescue, maritime mobility, marine safety, defense readiness, marine environmental protection, and coastal security.
