In her current role, Kimberly oversees the comprehensive delivery of IT services, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security across all organizational platforms. A core driver of operational excellence, she has successfully modernized ISHPI’s digital ecosystem by architecting custom Microsoft PowerApps and deploying Power Automate workflows. This technical transformation has significantly streamlined internal processes, replacing manual tasks with automated, efficient, and scalable business solutions. Extending her technical leadership to the company’s external footprint, Kimberly also spearheaded the development of ISHPI’s corporate and joint venture websites, which she actively manages and maintains.

As a champion of robust security and regulatory frameworks, Kimberly played a pivotal role in securing and maintaining ISHPI’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Furthermore, she was instrumental in leading ISHPI to achieve Level 2 compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), strengthening the company’s overall information security framework.
