LaQueta Ward serves as ISHPI’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition, bringing more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. She leads the company’s Talent Acquisition strategy, working collaboratively with the HR and Operations teams to support organizational growth and workforce development.

Prior to joining ISHPI, Ms. Ward held leadership roles in HR and Talent Acquisition with various defense contracting firms that included Hexagon, BAE Systems, Systems Products and Solutions (Native American company), and Momentum.  Ms. Ward also founded a consulting organization that provided HR management, talent acquisition, and compliance services to clients in the government defense sector prior to her role as VP of TA with ISHPI.

In addition to her core HR and Talent Acquisition expertise, Ms. Ward has extensive experience in Program and Project Management, Business Development, Proposals and Pricing, Contracts, and Corporate Litigation. She also brings deep knowledge of federal labor compliance, including the Service Contract Act (SCA), Defense Base Act (DBA), and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.

Ms. Ward holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.
