LaQueta Ward, ISHPI’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition, brings over 25 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition expertise to ISHPI. Ward’s role is to strategically lead the ISHPI Talent Acquisition program in support of the HR and Operations teams.   

Prior to joining ISHPI, Ms. Ward led various organizations in the areas of HR and Talent Acquisition, supporting primarily DoD contractors to include Hexagon, BAE Systems, Systems Products and Solutions, Millennium Systems Services Inc, LogiCore, and a biotechnology organization, Discovery Life Sciences.  Most recently, Ms. Ward was the founder and CEO of a HR and Staffing firm, GTSSW, based in Huntsville, Alabama. Ms. Ward’s career includes extensive experience in Program Management, BD/Proposals/Pricing, Contracts, and Corporate Litigation.   Ward also brings a wealth of experience in Service Contract Act, Defense Base Act, EEO and Affirmative Action compliance. 

Ward holds a MS in Management and BA in Business Administration from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. Ward resides in Huntsville, Alabama (the Rocket City), and has two young adult children holding degrees in Cyber Security and Biological Sciences.
